Uniforms foster a sense of solidarity among students. Uniform is mandatory in the college and students must wear every day without affecting the harmony of the society or institution.
BOYS: All boys should wear college uniform, with their shirts neatly tucked in, tie and polished shoes. Boys should not have long hair or beard.
GIRLS: All girls should wear college uniform, dupatta neatly pinned in V-Shape. Coloring/Bleaching the Hair, Wearing Sleeveless, Leggings, Transparent clothes are not permitted.
On Wednesdays and Saturdays Track Pants and T-Shirts will be the Uniform (Issued by the college).
Attendance is mandatory as per PU board regulations. Unnecessary absent to classes is punishable. In case of emergency students should take prior permission from the respective class teacher.
Students are allowed to take leave only after getting Prior permission from the Principal or the authority concerned. Unpredictable absence must be justified on return before attending the class.
Those who indulge in ragging or encourage it, within the college or the hostel premises will be expelled from the college
Violence & carrying of any weapons inside the college is a serious offense
Identity card will be given to all the students. It is mandatory to wear the same inside the college campus.
It is prohibited to bring two wheelers to college campus.
Shouting, howling, whistling within the college and hostel premises are strictly banned.
Day and Residential students are not permitted to use mobile phone within the campus. The confiscated mobile phone will be handed over to parents only after completion of their course.
Institution Assets needs to be taken care. If anyone found damaging the same, strict action will be taken against them.
No religious festival or any kind of function is allowed to be celebrated within the college premises and hotel without the permission of the Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust®.
Discipline and Cleanliness needs to be maintained in the Institutional areas.
Strict Actions will be taken on students violating the above rules. Rules and Regulations will be followed as issued by Government of Karnataka and Sri Adichunchanagiri Shikshana Trust®.
Suspension or Expulsion:
If you are suspended/expelled from the college, you are not allowed to enter the college campus at all. The college will inform you and your parents in writing about your suspension/expulsion.
Note to Parents:
Parents are expected to attend the parent teacher meeting without fail.
No Parent of any child should render the service of calling any other child’s parents. This is strictly prohibited.
If the parents receives the calls apart from the College number and Hostel number, kindly bring to the notice of the college management.
